Powder Coating/Silk Screening

As a value-add to our fabrications, our powder coating operation begins with an iron phosphate cleaning process to ensure complete adhesion and a quality finish. Our batch curing oven is 12’X20’ to accommodate larger frame fabrications and larger volume sheet metal parts.  In addition to powder coating, we have silk screening capabilities. We can run single-color or multi-color screens with various ink types. Having in-house powder coating and silk screening gives us complete control of delivering on-time, high-quality finishes on all our fabricated parts.
