Programming / Engineering / DFM

Our dedicated engineering team utilizes SolidWorks 3D CAD software to model parts based on customer drawings and specifications. After the model is developed, it is inspected to verify it matches the customer drawing. Once validated, we use camming software to program the sheet metal cutting on cutting machines and to program any forming required on one of our Press Brakes.

In addition to maintaining the models and programs, the team supports the production floor with supplemental drawings, jigs, and fixtures to help increase efficiency and quality. Our engineers also welcome the opportunity to collaborate with our customers to improve manufacturability and ultimately save our customers time and money.
