Assembly/Delivery

This service offers a complete solution for our customers and allows us to verify that all the components fit as designed before delivery. For customers that require more complex assembly, including wiring, PLC integration, and testing, our sister company, Engineered Automation of Maine (EAM), has the expertise and resources for this type of work.

Inspection

We follow ISO 9001-2015 standards in the processing and inspection of our products. We maintain calibrated measuring equipment to ensure first-time customer quality and back up that quality with excellent customer service if an issue arises. Our Inspection department certifies that our fabricated products adhere to the quality and specifications required by our customers. All products are inspected before shipping. First article inspections are available upon the customer’s request.

Packaging and Delivery

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were shipped. We use foam and bubble wrap and band and shrink-wrap each pallet. We have our fleet of delivery trucks, including two 26’ box trucks, a cube truck, and a cargo van. We provide delivery for all our New England customers and work with UPS and common carriers for shipments beyond New England.
